DHS (Double Happiness) was founded in Shanghai in 1959 and quickly became China’s first table‑tennis brand to compete internationally, with its balls approved by the ITTF in 1960 and achieving top technical scores in 1972. Today it is best known for supplying rubbers, blades and balls used by the Chinese national team and for providing equipment at major events such as the Olympics and World Table Tennis Championships.
